Taisys Technology, a leading solution provider of international mobility and financial inclusion services, has received ETSI membership from the 66th General Assembly on 17 November 2015.
ETSI, the European Telecommunications Standards Institute, produces globally-applicable standards for Information and Communications Technologies (ICT), including fixed, mobile, radio, converged, broadcast and internet technologies. ETSI standards enable the technologies on which business and society rely on.
ETSI has over750 members from 63 countries and across five continents, including manufacturers, network operators, administrations, service providers, research bodies and members such as Apple, Samsung, Huawei, IBM, Microsoft, Google, MediaTek, Orange, Qualcomm to name but a few.
Taisys is now part of the ETSI alliance of influential industrial leaders to actively contribute on the global specification standardization, especially on the Smart Card platform. As a member of ETSI, Taisys is obligated to produce and perform the maintenance of the technical standards to achieve a large unified global market for Telecommunications, ICT, electronic communications networks.
